Mick kicked off his drinks career in the early nineties, an era born of Midori Illusions and Tom Cruise’s cult movie Cocktail. 20 years on, he’s Spirits Brand Ambassador to some of the world’s most luxurious brands, including Belvedere Vodka, Glenmorangie and Ardbeg whiskies, and Hennessy Cognac.

Mick’s solid reputation stems from managing Fitzroy’s cherished and Award winning cocktail bar, Ginger. His array of industry titles includes Brand Ambassador of The Year and a ranking within the Industry’s Top 50 Most Influential list. Through his educative work with the Behind Bars and Club Suntory programs, Mick has also mentored many of Melbourne’s highest profile bartenders.

A man who knows his whiskey from his whisky, Mick is always happy to help with bar and spirit queries.
