More than 10 years of working, consulting to, and dining at top Melbourne restaurants gives Holly a deep-rooted knowledge of the cities’ vibrant hospitality scene.
Her current full time gig, as PR Manager of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, sees her working on an annual basis with 200 of Victoria’s best chefs, restaurateurs, winemakers and producers.
When not sampling new hotspots or promoting Melbourne’s food industry to the world, you will find her at home – glass of soave in hand – preparing pasta dishes like Spaghetti alla vongole or Orecchiette alla Pugliese.
An Italophile at heart, Holly believes the best recipe for a memorable dining experience is quality produce, simply prepared, shared in great company.
