Fred Siggins

Fred Siggins is a twenty year veteran of the hospitality industry having worked as a chef, bartender, general manager, brand ambassador and consultant. An alumnus of Melbourne’s legendary Black Pearl bar, he is also an accomplished cocktail competition bartender. Fred currently works as Brand Manager for Sullivan’s Cove Distillery in Tasmania, but proudly calls Melbourne home, and frequently writes about whisky, cocktails, bars, pubs and drinks culture for The Age, Time Out Melbourne, and various other publications.
