Deveta has spent five years publicising some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, bars and events at Zilla & Brook Publicity. Deveta moved to Melbourne from London over seven years ago and has lived and breathed the hospitality industry since, developing a keen interest in wine. Deveta has ticked off some of Australia’s most respected wine regions, including the Yarra Valley, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Margaret River, Hunter Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Heathcote and Coonawarra, with plans to visit many more.
Deveta has also worked with some of Australia’s most respected chefs, including Alejandro Saravia, Paul Wilson, Punit Fernandes, Frank Camorra, Jerry Mai, Luke Headon, as well as famous French baker Gontran Cherrier, giving her a deeper insight into Melbourne’s hospitality scene.
