David has lived in Indonesia for over a decade, wandering throughout the archipelago in search of adventures, waves and new places, but most of all seeking out exciting culinary experiences both on and off the beaten track. From the top tables of Bali and Jakarta to humble warungs in far-flung corners of the country (and everything in between,) he’s equally happy working through a degustation tasting as he is nibbling on a nasi goreng. He regularly shoots and writes about all things foodie for a number of international and Bali-based media, meaning he’s well placed to give the top picks of what’s hot in the island of the gods.
