Bella is the manager and co-owner of Gerald’s Bar in San Sebastián. She first fell for the city in the summer of 2012 because of the incredible local produce, unpredictable weather, and its constantly evolving and innovative culinary scene. So, after forging a career in the manic world of London restaurants, she moved here permanently in April 2015, in search of a change of air. After a stint at Mugaritz, she met Gerald at the bar in October of that year and the rest is history. She really likes eating, She really likes drinking, but most of all She likes places where the two are coupled with beautiful, knowledgeable, comfortable and unfrilly service.
