Thirsty work

Curating and writing about a city’s eating and drinking options is tough work. Work that requires a team of connected, curious, smart and sophisticated connoisseurs/hospitality specialists/authorities. They are often, but not always, lesser known names within the industry yet it is their take on what’s good, what will work and what will last that generates the most exciting selection.
